Community Partnerships Funding Priorities 2012/2013
Community Partnerships provide funding and development support to organisations which support adults who have a social care need. The team is very much focussed around ensuring that people can get out and about in their community and feel supported close to home.
Does your group work with vulnerable adults and their carers? For example:
- older people
- people with learning disabilities
- people with mental health issues
- people with drug or alcohol issues
- people with a physical or sensory impairment
- people with a long-term condition
- or their unpaid carers
If so, have at look at this information about what we can fund:

We would be happy to discuss your project with you, please contact the Community Partnerships team on 01484 225142 or email: community.partnerships@kirklees.gov.uk
